Wellbeing4me™ connects consumers with verified wellbeing practitioners for discovery, booking, chat and payment.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your professional information. Credentials are reviewed by our team before your profile becomes discoverable; misrepresentation leads to removal.
3. Client privacy
Clients stay pseudonymous until a booking is confirmed. Chat messages are encrypted in transit and automatically destroyed 30 days after they are sent.
4. Payments
Payments run through Stripe hosted checkout. Card details never touch Wellbeing4me™ servers. Platform fees are shown before you list a service.
5. Safeguarding
The platform does not provide crisis or suicide support. You agree to follow your profession's mandatory reporting obligations and to signpost the crisis resources we surface.
6. Your data
We use no advertising trackers. You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings; retention duties for health-adjacent records are honoured on deletion.
7. Ending this agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice and a right of reply except where safety requires immediate action.
