Practitioners see a neutral handle — not your name, email or photo — until you confirm a booking. Your identity is yours to share, when you choose.

Conversations are not kept

Chat messages are automatically and permanently destroyed 30 days after they are sent. Deleted means deleted — the retention job runs nightly and is enforced at the database level.

No advertising trackers

There are no ad pixels, analytics trackers or social-media tags on any page of this platform. Your interest in support is never shared with advertisers — not anonymised, not aggregated, not at all.

Practitioners are verified

Every listed practitioner has submitted qualifications and proof of insurance, reviewed by our team before their profile becomes discoverable. Each profile links to its public verification record.

We never see your card

Payments run through Stripe hosted checkout. Card numbers never touch our servers.

Honest about our limits

This platform does not provide crisis or suicide support. If you are at risk, we show you the right crisis service for your region immediately — that is a promise, not a disclaimer.
