What this page is showing you

Why does a card say Unavailable rather than showing a number?
Because a zero is a claim and a failed request is not one. If the summary cannot be fetched, the honest answer is that we do not know — a fabricated zero here is indistinguishable from a genuinely quiet week, and acting on the wrong one costs you either way.
Why does declining ask me to confirm when accepting does not?
Because the two are not equally recoverable. An accepted booking can still be cancelled, with a reason, if something changes. A declined request is the end of it. The step that cannot be walked back is the one that gets a second look.
