What you can and cannot do about a review
Clients write these. You never edit or delete one, and the single action available to you is to report it for moderation.
- Published
- Visible on your public record and counting towards your rating.
- Under moderation
- Reported and being looked at. It stays visible while that happens.
- Removed
- Taken down by the team after a report was upheld.
Why can I not remove a review I think is unfair?
Because a directory where practitioners delete unflattering reviews has a rating that means nothing, and every practitioner on it is worse off for that. The grounds for reporting are abuse, fabrication and breaches of confidentiality — not disagreement.
What happens after I report one?
It stays visible, carrying an under-moderation badge, until the team decides. Hiding it the moment it is reported would make reporting a way of removing a review, which is the thing this is designed not to be.
Can I tell which session a review came from?
Yes — the service name links through to the booking it belongs to. Your public record shows none of that.
