How earnings are calculated
One row per billed session: what the client was charged, what the platform deducted, and what was credited to you. Earnings is the analysis view — the money itself, and anything you can move, lives in your Wallet.
- Gross
- What the client paid for the session.
- Platform fee
- The commission shown in the page description, deducted from the gross.
- Net
- Gross minus the fee. This is the amount that reaches your Wallet.
- Pending · Paid out
- Whether that net has been included in a payout yet.
Why does a figure sometimes show a dash instead of an amount?
Because we do not know it yet. A zero is a claim about your money; a dash says the value has not arrived. A previous version of this page rendered a zero amount whenever the ledger failed to load, and a practitioner cannot tell that apart from having genuinely earned nothing. This product will not show you a number it has not actually calculated.
How is chat charged?
Per started minute, after the free introductory window. Set your rate in the Chat rate panel; it applies to conversations from then on, not retrospectively.
When does a session appear here?
Once it has been billed. Its net then has to clear before you can withdraw it — the clearing window is explained on your Wallet.
Can I see which booking a row belongs to?
Yes. The session date links through to that booking, and payout rows link to the corresponding entry in your Wallet.
