What is recorded, and why you cannot edit it
Significant actions on your account — sign-ins, changes you made, and decisions the platform took about you — as one append-only record.

- Entries are added and never altered or removed, including by us.
Can I delete an entry?
No, and neither can we. A record that can be edited is not evidence of anything — its value to you, in a dispute about what happened and when, comes entirely from nobody being able to tidy it up afterwards.
I do not recognise a sign-in. What should I do?
Change your password, then end the other sessions from Settings, then tell us through Support so we can look at it from our side. In that order — the first two shut the door, the third works out how it opened.
